I had fun playing with paint on this one. I started by sanding down several older less than wonderful paintings and then covering this one with a layer of ruby red paint. Why?? I don't know.
From there I sketched in the outlines of the set-up and began to paint. I was timid at first and ended up with several versions I didn't like. Then I decided to just load up on the paint and I had some fun playing with paint. This was the result... I think much more appealing than the earlier versions.
