Cold and Crisp With a Hint Of Clouds

On a cold, crisp and clear February morning, artists gathered at Peter Strauss Ranch in the Malibu Hills to paint en plein air.  The sun was warm and the warm weather of the previous weeks had tricked the trees into beginning their spring blooms.  It was a gorgeous day.  I hope the Arctic storm which is approaching doesn't wreak havoc on all of the fresh blooms.
