I was driving north of Santa Barbara and as I left Refugio State Beach, I looked inland and saw the lovely colors of the mustard and spring flowers on the hillside. It was a beautiful day!

I pulled this painting off the pile of I like them, but. I decided to revisit and rework it. Now I like it even better and hope that it will find a home in this year's Vision's of the Gaviota Coast show.
